Murtagh Bros is guiding a circa 75ac non-residential farm for sale in Co Westmeath at €700,000.

According to the selling agents, the farm is all in permanent pasture with “extensive” road frontage to two roads. The property is 5 miles from Tyrrellspass Village, just off the N52 Limerick – Dundalk Road.
