  • Also, a new 37.4 sq.m. single-storey extension to side of existing dwelling;
  • A new 3 sqm porch to front of the existing dwelling;
  • The removal of the existing septic tank and installation of a new wastewater system and soil polishing filter;
  • A new well;
  • Also, blocking an existing entrance and opening a new entrance onto the public road and associated works.

It granted further planning permission, under ref. 21474, on July 28th, 2021 for: “the revised extension design to that granted under planning ref 19/517, increasing the height of existing dwelling roof, construction of a new domestic garage and associate work”.
