Alltech Ireland, in collaboration with Agri Aware’s AgCredible Academy, has created a new online social media masterclass, which will offer attendees the opportunity to learn how to build their online presence.
The masterclass will be delivered by several communications experts and AgCredible Ambassadors, who will reveal how they developed their platforms.
The schedule of the masterclass is as follows:
- Week 1: Gemma Smyth, managing director and founder, Gemma Smyth Communications and Edward Dudley, Kilsunny Herd;
- Week 2: Grey Fry, social media trainer, The Content Plan and Peter Hynes, dairy farmer;
- Week 3: Gemma Smyth, managing director and founder, Gemma Smyth Communications and Amanda Owens, The Yorkshire Shepherdess, photographer and Sunday Times bestselling author.
The classes will be held at 8pm on Wednesday for three consecutive weeks, starting on May 8th.
Alltech Ireland and Agri Aware launched the AgCredible Academy to elevate Irish agriculture’s story by collaborating with prominent Irish agri-influencers who are passionate about agriculture.
“The Social Media Masterclass will offer ambassadors a new learning opportunity over the three weeks to build their presence online,” explained Cathal McCormack, country manager, Alltech Ireland.
Marcus O’Halloran, Agri Aware executive director, added: “From the beginning of the AgCredible Academy, we wanted to educate people and promote Irish agriculture to the consumer. This Social Media Masterclass will enable our ambassadors to share the best stories possible about Ireland to their followers.”
