Sheep found after 7 years of ‘isolation in bush’

A sheep, that went missing seven years ago, has been located.

Prickles “ran for her life” during the Dunalley bushfire disaster in Tasmania in 2013, according to her owner, Alice Gray.

“After seven years of isolation in the bush, Prickles (an expert at social distancing), has grown a monumental fleece.”

Guess the weight of her fleece competition

The family is organising a guess the weight of her fleece competition following Prickles’ return home.

To submit a guess, individuals are being asked to donate money to UNHCR, a charity that supports displaced people.

“It made us think of the millions of people around the world who don’t have the option of good sanitation and social-distancing to protect them from the virus.”
“Imagine the devastation of COVID 19 ravaging through a refugee camp!” Alice added.

The answer will be revealed on May 1st and the winner will receive a certificate of excellence, according to Gray.
