KEENAN appoints new sales and service agent for Meath

KEENAN has announced the appointment of Monaghan Farm Machinery as its sales and service agent for County Meath.

A long-standing promise of KEENAN to the customer is, “never miss a feed”.

The company stated it “relies on accredited service agents who demonstrate a track record in experience and reliability” to ensure this happens.

Monaghan Farm Machinery

For this reason, the company carefully selected Paul Monaghan of Monaghan Farm Machinery to help farmers in the Meath area.

Along with servicing KEENAN diet feeders, Paul will also sell KEENAN orbital spreaders and new, approved and second-hand KEENAN machines.

These will cover the full range of KEENAN diet feeders; the exclusive MechFiber paddle feeder, all self-propelled models and the recently launched line of vertical auger mixers.

In addition, he will supply a full range of genuine KEENAN parts and consumables to customers, guaranteeing their diet feeder “stays in perfect working order and continues to deliver the unique mix quality that KEENAN is famous for”.

Monaghan Farm Machinery, established in 2018, originally specialised in selling second-hand diet feeders.

Paul Monaghan saw the benefits of using a diet feeder on his own beef farm and quickly identified a market need for good-quality, well-refurbished second-hand feeders in all sizes, from 5–28 m3.

Based in Nobber, Co. Meath, Paul will look after all KEENAN customers in the area.

A machine to suit every farmer

Paul commented: “KEENAN is highly regarded for their simple yet unique design and first-class build quality.”

“Their precision-built diet feeders have been delivering superior results on-farm for over 40 years.

“I am looking forward to helping more farmers realise the benefits of the KEENAN nutrition system. The extended product range, now also including the KEENAN self-propelled and vertical auger machines, ensures we have a machine to suit every farmer.”

Gareth McAllister, regional business manager, KEENAN North of Ireland, added:

“We are delighted to bring Monaghan Farm Machinery on board to help service our existing and new customers in Co. Meath.”

“Paul has developed a strong reputation for the service he provides to his customers.”

“We look forward to working with Paul to continue providing our range of machines and nutritional solutions to farmers across Co. Meath,” he concluded.
