Carbury Village is classified as a ‘Rural Node’ in the County Development Plan 2023 – 2029. There was a Previous Planning Permission (since expired) granted in 2008. Over €20,000/ac for land in Laois
The launch of its latest listing comes following the sale of land for over €20,000/acre at a public auction.
The property firm put 31.5-acres (12.74 ha) of land on the outskirts of Stradbally, Co. Laois, in Woodlands, Timogue, under the hammer in a public auction on Thursday, June 8th, 2023, for a combined value of €645,000 (€20,476.19/acre).
