Castlerea Mart – Cattle Prices – 20-10-2022
According to Brendan Egan, recent inclement weather conditions resulted in large numbers being presented for sale at Castlerea Mart on Thursday, November 20th, 2022.
The mart manager reported that weanlings and dry cows noticed “considerable increases” entry-numbers-wise.
Despite this, he noted that “trade held well for all categories of stock with top quality lots still making very fancy prices”.
