Roscommon Mart – cattle prices – 20-08-2021

According to a spokesperson, customers “actively” sourced cattle online at the ringside at Roscommon Mart on Friday, August 20^th, 2021.

Mart manager, Maura Quigley, reported that there were “good numbers of excellent quality cattle on offer with a solid trade for all classes”.

She reported that bullocks averaged from €2.12/kg up to €2.58/kg. Furthermore, heifers fetched from an average of €2.40/kg up to €3.65/kg.

Meanwhile, dry cows fetched from an average of €1.98/kg up to €2.47/kg.
