Westmeath land for sale for over €15,300/ac

A selling agent is seeking over €15,300/acre for land in Farannamoreen, Glasson, Co Westmeath.

O’Roarke Bros has set a guide price of €450,000 on a circa 29.33-acre plot of land, which has a “high” fertility index.

According to the selling agent, the property, presently in grass, has “excellent” lands that are suitable for any type of farming.

The non-residential roadside farm, which is professionally fenced and has an internal roadway, was used for silage production and zero-grazing last year.

It contains a cattle pen, a crush, a well and mains water connection and 640m of road frontage to the N55, Athlone-Ballymahon Rd.

The property is approximately 1km from Glasson Village and a further 6km from Athlone, while Ballymahon town is some 10km away.

Detached building guiding at €65,000

Meanwhile, Farrell Auctioneers has just launched a one-roomed detached building to the market in Whitegate, Co Clare.
