The 18th-century hotel itself ticks all the boxes for a happy Halloween, tucked away as it is on 17-acres of beautiful grounds, resplendent now with russet and gold woodlands, a profusion of Autumn berries and its own lovely little stream adding to its rural charms.
Nine luxury log cabins have been added to the idyllic country retreat, each with its own private balcony, lending privacy, space and unbroken views over the gardens and adjacent rolling countryside.
The beautifully furnished cabins are ultra comfy, cosy, and toasty, ideal for shorter, cooler evenings.
A stunning and sympathetic restoration of an old stone cottage to house two spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms with their own private courtyard has been undertaken as part of a major revamp of the multi-award-winning 18th-century hotel which has seen the 51 existing bedrooms refurbished in soft, beautiful relaxing colours.
