€210k property by the sea ‘only suitable for cash buyers’

Property by the sea for sale in Wexford

If you are in the market for a property that is just beside the sea, then Sherry Fitzgerald O’Leary Kinsella’s newest listing in Co. Wexford, may offer all you desire.

According to the selling agent, this is a “once in a lifetime opportunity” to purchase a property sitting on the seafront overlooking Tinnaberna beach.

The firm has placed a guide price of €210,000 on the property in Tinnaberna, Kilmuckridge, Gorey, Co Wexford.

According to the selling agent, the property, which extends to approx. 145 sq. mts, requires modernisation.

Accommodation includes a dining/living room, three bedrooms (one en-suite), a kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs, you will find an open-plan playroom/office.

The dwelling sits on a site extending to approximately 1.7-acres (0.689 ha), with a large portion fronting onto Tinnaberna beach.

However, the spokesperson did note the following concerns.

“There is a serious coastal erosion problem in the locality that needs to be considered. Accordingly, the property is only suitable for cash buyers.

“Any potential buyers must note the attached photographs showing the effect of the coastal erosion.”
