Land to rent in Cavan

Firstly, Keenan Auctioneers has 40.5-acres in total to lease in Co Cavan.

The property, which is 11km from Kingscourt and 6km from Shercock, is available to let in the following lots:

Silage ground to let

REA Eoin Dillon has silage ground to lease in Brookfield, Coolbawn, Nenagh, Co Tipperary.

According to the selling agent, there is an option to avail of two cuts of silage, plus zero-grazing (27-acres) for €8,000/year.

The listing states that the first cut must be taken by June 15th, and the second cut must be harvested by August 30th, with zero-grazing to October 15th, 2022.

Grazing farm in Westmeath

Meanwhile, James L Murtagh has a circa 40-acre grazing farm in Heathstown, Coralstown, Co Westmeath, for a 5-year lease. According to the agent, these “prime” lands are all in permanent quality pasture and are suitable for cattle only.

The lands are in one “neat” division, with approximately 30-acres being “top quality”. The remainder is what the agent described as “rough” grazing.

Meanwhile, the same property firm has 14-acres of “highly productive” grazing lands for letting by public auction on Saturday, April 9th, 2022.

It will hold the auction on the subject lands in Delvin, Co Westmeath, between Delvin Parish Church and Delvin Livestock Mart.

According to the agent, the subject lands are being let for cattle only, term ending December 1st, 2022.

The holding benefits from “good” cattle handling facilities. Payment for the lands must be made in full before stocked.
