‘Top’ quality land in ‘area of strong land rental values’ for €8,217/ac

Offaly Land for Sale

GVM Group is seeking just over €8,217/acre for an “attractive” block of land extending to circa 38.94-acres in Ballymullen, Daingean, Co Offaly.

According to the firm, the portfolio contains “some” top quality land, currently in grass with a small portion “in need” of light reclamation.

Commenting on the listing, a spokesperson for the firm said:

“The area is known for strong land rental values. This land might be a potential investment opportunity as one might purchase and then lease out on a long-term lease benefited by tax allowances.”

You can access the parcel of lan via a gravel laneway and the land benefits from a derelict house and stone outbuildings. The laneway is centrally through the lands.

To one side of the laneway, a small pond is encircled by trees, and there is also an old lime kiln on the lands.

The agent said this is “in a peaceful location and ideal for establishing a private family home (subject to the necessary planning consents)”.

There are no entitlements included in the sale of the land.
