DMG Tormey Lee is handling the sale of the property in Mooretown, Ardcath, Ashbourne, which it says mixes an idyllic countryside setting with the convenience of being close to “an array of fantastic amenities and transport routes”.

The agent stated that the sale of this property represents a “rare” opportunity to acquire a detached cottage with a garage and land”.

Other features of this Meath property include a two-bay hay shed and a milking parlour.

The property is located in Ardcath, close to the village of Garristown and is only a brief drive from Ashbourne.
