A selling agent is seeking offers in the region of £1,295,000 for a detached farm residence, a range of farm buildings and circa 96.4-acres of land that it has for sale in NI.

J.A. McClelland & Sons, has on the market, a holding at 18 Ballycraig Road South, Newtownabbey, Co Antrim.

The property firm has described this as an “attractive” holding extending to circa 96.4-acres, mostly arable.

There is a “comfortable” three-bedroom farm residence with two reception rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The selling agent is offering the holding for sale in the following lots:

  • 1) House, yard & land on c. 52.1 acres at Ballycraigy Rd South – O.I.R.O. £750,000;
  • 2) Circa 24.7-acres of land off Browns Rd – O.I.R.O. £250,000;
  • 3) Circa 18-acres of land off Ballycraigy Rd & Ballyvesey Rd adjoining the development limit – I.R.O. £270,000
  • 4) Circa 1.6-acres comprising a single field and wall stead with some site potential off Gravelhill Road – I.R.O. £25,000.

The selling agent highlighted that the holding is “very well” located, being a short distance from Sandyknowes Roundabout with access to the M2.

Furthermore, the remains of an old wall-stead may offer “some future site potential” subject to necessary permissions and consents.

“A further portion of land sits adjacent to the limit of development for the hamlet of Ballycraigy,” they added.
