Ennis Mart – cattle prices – 21-12-2021

According to a spokesperson, just over 200 lots turned out for Ennis Mart’s final sale of 2021.

They reported that the sale drew mainly weanlings and suckler stock along with a small entry of suck calves.

A 3-week-old Charolais bull calf sold for €510, while pairs in the suckler ring hit €2,000 and in-calf lots made up to €1,590.

Bullock prices:

Ennis Mart reported that its final bullock sale of 2021 “finished on a strong note” on Friday, December 17^th, 2021.

A spokesperson reported that trade was “very good all-round”.

“Again, the forward cattle were an excellent trade all-round. Aberdeen Angus stock were a very good trade also. Quite a few strong cattle were presented for sale on Friday,” the spokesperson added.
