J P & M Doyle, has just launched to the market, Clonfert South, Maynooth, Co Kildare, a bungalow and a farmyard on circa 106.8-acres/ 43.2 hectares, with an advised minimum value of €1.65 million.

The property will come under the hammer in a public auction on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023, at 3pm in the Glenroyal Hotel, Maynooth, Co Kildare.

Maynooth is a “prominent and vibrant” area in the north of Kildare, c.23 km west of Dublin, while the M50 is less than a 20-minute drive from the property.
