Newbridge, Co. Kildare, an equestrian property with extensive facilities on circa 62-acres, is set to come under the hammer via public auction next month, with a guide price of €1.4 million.

According to Jordan Auctioneers, the property comprises a main residence and two staff apartments together with an extensive yard. The entire is laid out in 12 divisions with good shelter and the property itself is approached via a recessed entrance and a long tree-lined avenue leading to the house and yard.

The main residence, which was recently renovated, comprises 143 sq.m. (1,542 sq.ft.) of accommodation with 3 bedrooms and is in “very good condition” throughout, according to the selling agents.
