Kick-start your career through Dawn Meats’ graduate programme

Dawn Meats, one of Europe’s leading food companies, has launched a call for recruits for its Brighter Futures Graduate Programme.

The premium meat processor’s two-year programme offers one-to-one coaching, dedicated mentors, a bespoke management development programme and fast-track career progression opportunities through on-the-job and specific external training.

Programme recruits can develop careers in the areas of accounting and finance, agriculture and livestock procurement, engineering, food safety and quality, health, safety and environmental, human resources, new product development, marketing, production and operations and sales and commercial.

The group has a €2 billion + turnover, over 7,200 employees in 15 countries and 22 processing facilities, which collectively service diverse markets in some 50 countries.

The group has a network of over 20,000 Irish and British farmer suppliers and processes more than 3 million lambs per annum and in excess of 1 million cattle per year.
