‘Tidy’ 24ac non-residential farm with cattle handling facilities for €275k

A circa 24-acre non-residential farm has just hit the market in Cormeen, Moynalty, Co Meath.

Keenan Auctioneers is seeking €275,000 for the property, which is for sale in one or more lots.

According to Keenan Auctioneers, the farm – which comes to the market in “excellent” condition – is in a “strong” agricultural area.

A spokesperson for the firm described this as a “tidy” holding on the edge of Cormeen village, just c. 800 metres off the R164 Kingscourt-Moynalty road.

It is easily accessible, being just 15 minutes from Kells and the M3 Motorway to Dublin.

It is “well” located near major and minor urban areas being 7.5 km from Moynalty,10 km from Kinsgcourt, 10.5 km from Bailieborough, 15 km from Kells and 72 km from Dublin.
