A rural GAA club is looking for the suspect who “left the pitchside tap on”.
Eslin GAA, Co. Leitrim took to Twitter after its pitch was left almost completely underwater after heavy and persistent rainfall earlier this week.
In a tweet on September 2nd, the GAA club said: “Lads, who left the pitchside tap on?”
In just 24 hours, the grounds were back to normal. “We turned off the tap. Difference in 24 hours.”
