Wilodge Poshspice, a maiden Limousin heifer sired by Ampertaine Elgin, has sold for 250,000gns at Carlislie.
The November-2019-born female is out of Millbrook Gingerspice, by the prolific Wilodge Vantastic and out of Millbrook Baby, according to the sales catalogue.
She went under the hammer at part of the Wilodge and Brockhurst Herds’ sale earlier today (Friday, January 29th, 2021).
A total of 68 cattle were catalogued for the sale, which commenced at 12:30pm.
The entry consisted of 16 cows and heifers served and/or suckling and 14 served heifers and 15 maiden heifers from the Wilodge Herd including the sale-topping 250,000gns Limousin heifer.
Meanwhile, the Brockhurt Herd’s offering comprised of 17 maiden and yearling heifers and 4 young bulls.
