Two five-month-old buffalo calves will go under the hammer at Thurles Mart tomorrow (Wednesday, September 2nd).
The animals are owned by Johnny Lynch of Macroom Buffalo, who featured on That’s Farming in recent years.
It is understood that this is the first time that buffalo will be offered for sale in a mart in Ireland.
The sale, which will be held in the mart’s heifer ring at 4pm, will be live-streamed on MartEye here.
