Wexford native, Clodagh Dunne, is studying a level-6 advanced certificate in dairy herd management at Teagasc Kildaton College.
She grew up on a suckler, tillage and dairy farm and always knew she wanted to attend the college. “I chose the dairy course because we’re dairying at home and it is what I had the most interest in.” she explained in a video released by Teagasc.
“The most thing that impressed me about Teagasc and Kildaton are the skills that we learned before we went out on placement, last year and this year,” Clodagh added.
She highly recommends the course and believes that that the knowledge and skills she has obtained, will help her achieve her goal of returning to the family farm and forming a registered partnership.
