Strong demand for runners at Ennis

Just under 450 entries were presented for sale at Ennis Mart on Tuesday (July 21st), according to a spokesperson. 

“Trade continues to hold very strong in both the bull and heifer weanling rings. Trade for calves again very strong making up to €600 for a SHX heifer at 3-month-old.”

“Again, suckler stock an excellent trade and made to €1,750 for pairs. Runners beginning to appear again and these met very strong demand also.”
