Lower Porterbelly Farm – a stock rearing operation with three dwellings – in Dalbeattie, Scotland, has just hit the market with an £800,000 (approximately €965,000) guide price.

C & D Rural is overseeing the sale of the “substantial” farmhouse, steading with a range of traditional and more modern buildings together with two cottages across 52-acres (21.04ha).

A spokesperson for the property firm said:

“The property provides great scope and opportunities for farming or diversification in a superb location.”

“Therefore, we highly recommend viewings to fully appreciate both the secluded, accessible location and the accommodation on offer.”

The agent described the farmhouse as a “substantial” two-storey dwelling of traditional construction.

Accommodation is spread over two floors and has a good balance of reception rooms and bedrooms.

On the ground floor, you will find front and rear entrances, a kitchen, a utility room, a breakfast/living room, a snug/bedroom 5, a sitting room, a dining room, a shower room and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
