Well-finished’ cottage with ‘huge’ potential for €199,000

A charming, bright, spacious, and well-finished cottage with “huge” potential nestled in the Wexford countryside has just hit the market.

Sherry Fitzgerald O’Leary Kinsella is handling the sale of the property in Ballindaggin, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, for €199,000.

The property is surrounded by mature trees and hedging, providing a private garden to the rear of the dwelling with a driveway to the side of the house providing ample parking.

Furthermore, there is also a large side paddock, which, the agent says, is “very” useful, with the overall site extending to 0.47 ha (1.16-acres) approximately.

The property is in an “ideal” location, enjoying countryside living, only 10km from Bunclody and 12km from Enniscorthy.

The picturesque village of Ballindaggin is a short walk with a pub, a restaurant, a church, a large playground area and a primary school.
