The land “enjoys an excellent coastal location” in the southeast between Kilmuckridge and Blackwater.

Furthermore, the holding is 5km from Blackwater with a primary school, church, supermarket and pubs.

It is 4km from Kilmuckridge with primary and secondary schools, shops, pubs, a hotel and a range of services;12km from Curracloe and 21km from Courtown.

“The land is slightly elevated and enjoys spectacular sea views from Cahore to Rosslare. It is only 200 meters from Ballinamona beach with excellent walking, fishing and outdoor pursuits both here and along the coast.”

The online auction will take place on Wednesday, September 1st, 2021, at 3 pm.
