James L Murtagh Auctioneers is guiding a “superb” circa 94-acre dairy farm for sale in Ballintue, Ballynacargy, Co Westmeath at €750,000.

The property firm will offer the farm for sale by public auction tomorrow (Friday, July 30th).

The holding is for sale as follows:

Lot 1: c.31-acres including cattle accommodation:

“The prime limestone lands are renowned for their feeding ability, are of excellent quality, all in good permanent pasture with no waste whatsoever and benefit from piped water to all divisions.”

“The lands are well sheltered and fenced with good road frontage. They are made up of three large divisions, subdivided into smaller, well-fenced paddocks.”

Accommodation comprises:

  • 3-bay slatted shed to accommodate 32 adult cattle;
  • Also, a 3-bay round roof shed with a 4-bay lean-to;
  • 5-bay lean-to and adjoining 2-bay round roof shed accommodating 56 cubicles, calving area, calf shed and dry bedded area with centre feeding passage;
