Wicklow Calf Company has secured a contract for 50 Friesian heifer calves for export.
The firm, which is owned by the Scallon family, is seeking Holstein/British Friesian and Holstein/Jersey calves for the consignment.
Eligible animals must either February or March-2020-born and can be sired by a stock bull or an AI bull, according to the export company.
“Top price paid for the right stock. A minimum of ten per herd.” the company explained on its website.
