Teagasc is currently recruiting for the position of an administration officer.
The temporary full-time position, which is being offered by the Agriculture and Food Authority in Ireland, is based at its Midleton advisory office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and supporting the regional manager, staff officer and advisors in administering and prioritising the general clerical duties of the Teagasc advisory office, according to the job listing.
- Be computer-literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Have excellent communication skills, good organisations and time management skills with strong attention to detail, strong administrative and numeracy skills, be able to work as part of a team, but also able to work on their own initiative with little supervision.
The starting salary for the position will be €24,104/annum, according to the state agency, which is an equal opportunity employer.
