Lisburn Rural NPT has seized a vehicle in connection with “over-exuberant” driving.
Police Lisburn & Castlereagh acted following an appeal, on social media on July 27th, for such activity to seize in the area of Budore Road, Sycamore Road, Tullyrusk Road outside Dundrod.
“Unfortunately, some people refuse to obey by the law and insist on driving dangerously and with their vehicles in a dangerous condition.” Police Lisburn & Castlereagh explained in a post on social media.
“Tonight, we have seized one of the vehicles involved and will be following up with the driver in due course.”
“I again appeal to those who are partaking in this activity on the open roads……think of the possible consequences if you lose control and kill someone. Numerous families will be horrendously affected.” the social media post concluded.
