€1.35m is the guide price Jordan Town and Country Estate Agents has placed on a stud farm for sale in Co Kildare.

Bert House Stud, Bert Demesne, Athy, Co. Kildare extends to 58-acres or 23.47 Ha.

The selling agent suggested that the property is suitable as a stud farm but also ideal for a sport horse enthusiast, sales prep, and racing yard.
