2-bed cottage in need of ‘complete overhaul’ for €40,000

A stone-built 2-bed cottage has just hit the market in Derrynagower, Kilcolman, Claremorris, Co. Mayo for €40,000.

According to DNG Gilligan, the property, extending to c.70, sits on a site of circa 0.75-acres of land.

It is in a “derelict” condition and requires what the agent says is a “complete overhaul, both internally and externally”.

The cottage has a block-built extension to the rear “in need of completion”.

Meanwhile, a 2-3-bed detached bungalow cottage on circa 5.63-acres in Co Mayo, Ireland, has hit the market with an asking price of €78,000.
