Quinn Property, has for sale, a stone-built cottage on a circa 1.36-acres in Wexford with a guide price of €175,000.

The residence is in a “much sought after” location, along the southern slopes of Tara Hill in north Co. Wexford.

According to the selling agent, the property boasts “stunning” views of the coast over Ballymoney and Courtown.

According to the selling agent, the lands in Moor, Killenagh, Gorey have good frontage onto the public road with three access points.

Lands are currently laid out in six divisions, all of which are in grass and of “good quality”.

The agent added that there are two derelict residences on the lands in need of “complete renovation”.

The lands are 8km south of Gorey, 3km from the coast and Riverchapel, 5km from Courtown and 6km from Ballygarrett.
