96ac ‘excellent’ stock-rearing residential farm for sale

An “excellent” stock-rearing farm extending to 96.54-acres (39.07ha) with a five-bed farmhouse and “extensive” outbuildings has just hit the market.

The property in Sunnycroft, Aikton, Wigton in the UK will come under the hammer through H & H & Land Estates at an auction on July 20th, 2022.

The property is for sale in up to four lots as follows:

  • 1: Land of “excellent” quality for grazing or mowing, extending to 9.56-acres, with farmhouse and steading. Guide price: £600,000;
  • 2: 43.98-acres: This is “excellent” quality mowing/grazing land that lies in a ring-fence. Guide price: £430,000;
  • 3: 23.40-acres: Two field enclosures of “quality” cropping and grazing land, extending to 23.40-acres. Guide: £260,000;
  • 4: 19.60-acres of “excellent” mowing/cropping land, with roadside access. £210,000.

The property firm has placed a guide price of £1.5m, which is just over €1.76m on the entire.
