Sheep found dead after teenager spotted kicking them

Two sheep have been found dead in a field after four teenage boys were spotted near the livestock.

Four males, aged between 14-15-year-olds, were sighted in a field behind Barlby Hall and The Laurels, Barlby on Monday, October 26th, at around 2:45-3 pm.

A police spokesperson said: “One of the males looked to be stood near a live sheep and kicked it. A passer-by disturbed them, and they ran off towards York Road, Barlby.”

“All four males were dressed in black tracksuits. One was tall and slim and wearing and black cross over bag, another was small with dark brown hair. The others were wearing black baseball caps. Two sheep have been found dead on the land.”
