Another listing in Swinford
Another listing from the same agent is a three-bed detached bungalow in Carrowmore, Killasser, Swinford.
The house, in need of renovation and modernisation, consists of a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and three bedrooms.

Charlestown
Meanwhile, Brendan Kenny of Connaught Property is seeking the same price tag for its listing at Ballyglass East, Charlestown, Co Mayo.

The property is within “easy” walking distance of the town and is what the agent described as “country living at the edge of a town”.
