Following last week’s property watch article, which looked at listings on the market from €15,000 to just under €100,000, we look at four offerings from €85,000-€100,000 in Mayo this week.

The property in Carrownahaltore has a number of outlets and “ample” room for parking. It is in a “peaceful and rural” location, being 15-minutes from Castlebar town.
Elsewhere, Sherry FitzGerald Hanley, has on the market, a “partially” renovated cottage and a stone granary on a “mature and attractive” elevated site.
The listing, which is close to Kiltimagh and Swinford, nestled in Kinaffe, will “offer a great opportunity for a potential purchaser to put their own stamp on a partially-built house”.

Another listing in Swinford
Another listing from the same agent is a three-bed detached bungalow in Carrowmore, Killasser, Swinford.
