Following last week’s property watch article, which looked at listings on the market from €15,000 to just under €100,000, we look at four offerings from €85,000-€100,000 in Mayo this week.

Swinford

Elsewhere, Sherry FitzGerald Hanley, has on the market, a “partially” renovated cottage and a stone granary on a “mature and attractive” elevated site.

The listing, which is close to Kiltimagh and Swinford, nestled in Kinaffe, will “offer a great opportunity for a potential purchaser to put their own stamp on a partially-built house”.

Another listing in Swinford

Another listing from the same agent is a three-bed detached bungalow in Carrowmore, Killasser, Swinford.

The house, in need of renovation and modernisation, consists of a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and three bedrooms.

The firm is seeking in the region of €95,000 for this bungalow.

Charlestown

Meanwhile, Brendan Kenny of Connaught Property is seeking the same price tag for its listing at Ballyglass East, Charlestown, Co Mayo.

The property is within “easy” walking distance of the town and is what the agent described as “country living at the edge of a town”.
