Members of the fire brigade were called to the scene of a farm fire on Sunday, May 17th.
A number of straw bales took alight in a field in Meekstown, Co. Dublin.
The scene was attended to by firefighters from Finglas and Phibsborough stations, who required 2 fire engines and a water tanker with a fog nail to battle the blaze.
The fog nail is a type of nozzle that allows the firefighters to access deep-seated fires, according to a fire brigade spokesperson.
