The Ballymote, Co. Sligo native took advantage of the sunny, dry conditions.
Speaking to That’s Farming, Doddy said: “I cut a few last Monday fields that went strong last year with a view to leaving it down for the week.”
“I ended up raking on Thursday – it was bone dry, so I managed to get hay!” he concluded.
