The property at Clonamona, Craanford, Gorey, Co. Wexford will go under the hammer on Friday, August 7th at 2pm in Quinn Property’s Gorey-based office.
Ahead of the auction, the selling agent said: “This is a compact property offering equestrian facilities to a discerning buyer.”
Location
The holding is located 2km from the village of Craanford along the main Gorey to Carnew road (R725) and 8km from both Gorey and Carnew, the selling agent noted.
“Craanford is a picturesque village with numerous tidy towns award-winning distinctions and has a church, primary school, playschool, GAA pitch, Community Centre, pub and Craanford Mills.”
