A female car driver, who was found to be transporting a number of unsecured bales, will be issued a court summons.
The vehicle, which was seen travelling towards Clonroche in the county, was stopped by a joint Enniscorthy/Clonroche patrol in Wexford.
In a post on social media, a spokesperson for Wexford Garda Division said: “Female driver was asked: “hay what’s going on here?” [and] replied: “Only going to feed the horses officer”. Made remove unsecure load and summons to follow.”
