Murtagh Bros is seeking €450,000 for a circa 62-acre non-residential farm for sale in Co Westmeath.

According to the selling agent, the property in Church Lane, Ballymore is all under grass and renowned for its fattening abilities.

Commenting on the listing, the selling agent said:

“The lands are in one undivided parcel, are well sheltered and have the benefit of a year-round natural water supply. The lands are in the village of Ballymore immediately beside N91 KY72.”

Furthermore, there are outbuildings including a 3-bay hay barn and a lean-to.

Meanwhile, O’Donnellan & Joyce is asking €40,000 for a pub for sale in Dunmore, Tuam, Co. Galway.

It will offer the “substantial” detached former licenced premises in Garrafrauns for sale through a live stream auction later this month.

According to the selling agent, Siobhra Hennessy, the firm’s clients are selling the property within the 5-year time limit to revive the licence. It will be a matter for the purchasers to revive the licence themselves.

The selling agent continued: “Garrafrauns is a quiet picturesque village on the road from Dunmore to Ballindine.”

“Nestled in the centre of the village, our subject property lies at a crossroad opposite St. Patrick’s Church.”

The village also consists of a primary school, garage and a multiple-use community centre.

Furthermore, Garrafrauns is 4 miles from Dunmore along the R328 road. Neighbouring towns and villages are Cloonfad (5 miles), Irishtown (3 miles), Milltown (5 miles), and Tuam (9 miles).

Lastly, Knock International Airport is just a 40-minute drive away, and Galway City Centre is 55 minutes.
