New online platform to source machinery parts

MyCNHIStore: CNH Industrial’s new online eCommerce

CNH Industrial’s new online eCommerce will “simplify and speed up” the process of purchasing genuine machinery parts.

MyCNHIStore stocks parts from its three agricultural equipment brands – Case IH, STEYR and New Holland Agriculture.

The firm is launching the store, which includes the ability to select and order parts at any time, across European countries.

Its latest venture is an additional option for visiting the dealership when time pressures make this difficult.

According to the company, the new platform will enable customers to find the parts they need exactly when they require them.

Multi-brand and multi-dealer shopping carts allow customers to buy parts for all their equipment regardless of brand/segment.

The platform allows customers to search for parts by:

  • Name/part number;
  • Machine model number;
  • Serial number;
  • Saved vehicle.

On both a computer and a mobile device, users can also view equipment assemblies to ensure they are ordering the correct part.

According to the company, users can examine 360° photos of faster moving parts.

Dealers can search the website by marketing category, and both they and their customers benefit from product content that the firm has optimised for search engines to ensure parts are easy to find.

Meanwhile, customers benefit from a completely new selection and purchase experience.

This will enable them to select parts any time and anywhere via any device for Case IH, STEYR and New Holland Agriculture brands from one unique address.

According to the company, the site provides “full” transparency in price and availability, plus shipping timing and costs. Furthermore, it says it retains the professional competence of the CNH Industrial dealer network in managing the order fulfilment.
