Manorhamilton Mart hosting machinery and general auction

Manorhamilton Mart will hold an online machinery and general auction at 12 pm this Saturday, May 15th.

Items for auction include tractors, diggers, cars, vans, jeeps, tractor powered equipment such as mowers and fertiliser spreaders etc, agricultural and plant trailers, small items such as chainsaws, strimmers, chains and tyres, powered tools, vehicles, spares and accessories.

A catalogue will be available on the LSL app on Friday and Saturday with a photo and description of each item on sale.

Speaking to That’s Farming, a spokesperson said: “There will be two rings in operation on Saturday.”

“We will use ring 1 to sell all large items. These include tractor powered equipment, vehicles, and trailers etc. Furthermore, we will use ring 2 to sell smaller items such as garden equipment and tyres.”

“Sellers must drop off items for sale at the mart premises on Friday 14th from 2 pm – 8 pm. We will provide security on-site Friday and Saturday.”

“We will not accept items on Saturday morning. Viewing time takes places on Saturday morning, strictly between 8-11.30am. COVID-19 regulations must always be adhered to. Face masks must be worn on site.”

“Hand sanitisation dispensers will be available. Social distancing must always be maintained. Once viewing time on Saturday has lapsed, all buyers must leave the premises and will be able to bid online using the LSL app on their phones.”

“Sellers must pay entry fees on arrival. We will provide details of fees and buyer’s commission charges on entry. All buyers must pay for items before collection. The mart will not provide credit. All buyers must collect their purchases before 12 pm on Sunday, May 16th, 2021,” the spokesperson concluded.
