June 2022 tractor registrations

In other news, according to the FTMTA, a “strong” demand remains for new tractors on the Irish market.

However, its latest statistics service report for June 2022 shows the continuing impact of disruptions to global supply chains on agricultural tractor registrations in Ireland.

The June 2022 new tractor market at 54 units was 40% lower, compared with the same month last year.

According to its data, the year-to-date figures are 11% lower than the same period in 2022.

Its figures show that 1,368 new tractors were registered in the Republic of Ireland so far in 2022, compared with 1,539 units in 2021.

County Cork continues to deliver the highest number of new tractor registrations at 197 units for the year to date.
