Lands for Sale in Kildare
Jordan Auctioneers has partnered with Leinster Marts to bring over 220-acres of “top-quality” lands for sale in several lots in south Kildare to auction.
According to the joint selling agents, the property comprises six lots in total, and the land is mostly of “excellent” quality, ideal for any number of farming enterprises.
The largest parcel, all in one block and presently in grass and tillage, spans to 91-acres at Inchaquire, Ballitore.
Meanwhile, the second block comprises c.74 acres just outside Athy in the townlands of Grangemellon and Ardree.
The firms are offering this for sale in three lots of varying sizes. The agents believe that “the most attractive” is a 43-acre block with a yard.
This plot is all in grass but is “ideal” for any farming enterprise on the best land, and there are also a 12.5-acre and 18-acre lot.
The other lands at Ardree are close to those at Grangemellon and extend to 42 acres of “top-quality” tillage land with “extensive” frontage onto the Carlow Road and also a 13-acre parcel known as ‘The Island’ between the Grand Canal and River Barrow.

Kildare residence on 39-acres
Meanwhile, Jordan Auctioneers has launched 39-acres with a small residence at Moyvalley on the Kildare / Meath border to the market.
The firm will offer the property in Moyvalley for sale in up to two lots in a hybrid auction.
