Jordan Auctioneers has two blocks of land for sale in Co Kildare that will come under the hammer through a public auction next month.

It extends to circa 6.32-acres, has “extensive frontage” onto two roads and an AMV (Advised Minimum Value) is €90,000 (equates to over €14,240/acre).
Secondly, Mullaghmoyne West, Suncroft extends to circa 5.93-acres and is laid out all in grass. Also, it has “extensive” frontage onto two roads.
According to Neylon, this plot has an AMV (Advised Minimum Value) is €60,000, equating to over €10,118 per acre.
He said that both plots would make “ideal sites” for one-off homes, subject to obtaining the necessary planning permission.
