Jordan Auctioneers has launched 39-acres with a small residence at Moyvalley on the Kildare / Meath border to the market.

The firm will offer the property in Moyvalley for sale in up to two lots in a hybrid auction.

Meanwhile, a “valuable” farm in a fertile and “highly” productive area in Ballymagorry, Strabane, Co Tyrone, has just hit the market.

According to the selling agents, Pollock Estate Agents, this is a “desirable and productive” c. 39-ac holding with road frontage, two building sites with OPP, and woodland.

The lands, extending to c. 29 acres, comprise primarily cutting and grazing lands in pasture. Furthermore, they are held in one large block and are suitable for modern farming practices.

The holding consists of relatively flat lands which are “easily” accessed from the public roadway.
