Guiding at €250,000 or circa €19,230/acre and set for public auction next month, the property, according to Liam Hargaden, is situated in an “excellent, sought after” location, only c. 4.7 km south of Naas in a “nice quiet country” setting, circa 2 miles north of Two Mile House and 7 miles from Kilcullen.

“The entire comprises top quality land currently in grass and ideal for a number of uses. The land is regular in shape laid out in one division with lovely mature hedgerows and mature trees on all boundaries.”
